I don’t know about you, but I’m getting sick and tired of seeing our Congressional leaders here in Wisconsin bend the knee to Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein!
After 8 years under President Obama, we thought we might be able to take a breath from the constant attack on our gun rights and go on OFFENSE!
But that isn’t the case!
Now, Republicans who control the White House and Congress are looking at backing meaningless gun control to appease Michael Bloomberg and his allies in Congress.
It’s up to you and me to stop them — more on that in a second.
We warned gun owners that this entire gun control push had nothing to do with “bump stocks.”
Bloomberg, Pelosi, Feinstein, and the usual gun grabbers don’t just want “bump stocks.” They want much more than that and the proof is in the pudding.
H.R. 3999 is the “bi-partisan” gun control bill being touted by the media as the “ban on bump stocks.”
The problem?
The bill doesn’t actually say anything about bump stocks.
You see, they are using fancy wording and legal jargon to get more than that. But here is the opening paragraph of the bill so you can read for yourself exactly what it says:
Do you see the word “bump stock” in there?
No!
This is the gun grabbers “foot in the door” if you will, and they want to use H.R. 3999 as a springboard to massive anti-gun reforms.
Scopes, aftermarket triggers, bump stocks, and even semi-automatic weapons are going to be on the chopping block.
In addition, remember that if this bill makes it to the House Floor, Nancy Pelosi and others will try to amend the bill to get even more of what they want!
In fact, they are already pushing waiting periods and registration as part of their gun control package.
That’s why you can’t give these people an inch. If you do, they will take a mile.
A few gun owners are falling into this trap.
We have seen some gun owners and supposed “pro-gun” groups saying things like, “I don’t need a bump stock so why do I care about this?”
Folks, that is what the gun grabbers say about your gun rights all the time!
They don’t think you need an AR-15.
They don’t think you need a “high capacity” magazine.
They don’t think you need a semi-automatic weapon.
They don’t think you need the 2nd Amendment!
For decades the gun grabbers have claimed they support the 2nd Amendment but they just wanted “common sense gun reforms.”
The reality is that they want so much more than that.

The issue is that NONE of their proposed legislation would have stopped this madman in Las Vegas.
Even Diane Feinstein admitted as much when she told media outlets that no gun law would have stopped this man.
So why are Republicans caving to the gun grabbers?
Even Senator Ron Johnson here in Wisconsin jumped on board the “bump stock” ban, telling the media, “I think those need to be banned.”
More, our own Paul Ryan, Speaker of the House, made it clear that he is willing to look at passing the Feinstein bill!
Other members of Wisconsin’s Congressional delegation, especially the Republicans, are noticeably silent on the current gun control fight.
Perhaps they are more afraid of the media than they are of your votes!
That’s not how this is supposed to work.
We need to know where these guys stand on you gun rights.
It’s time for them to crawl out from under the rock they are hiding under and tell us if they intend to block gun control or if they are going to capitulate to Diane Feinstein and Nancy Pelosi.
That’s why we need your immediate help, starting with Senator Ron Johnson and Speaker Paul Ryan.
If you don’t let them know with your signature, that you are opposed to any new gun control, they may not reverse their positions which currently support gun control.
That’s why we need you to contact Senator Ron Johnson and Speaker Paul Ryan right away and tell them to “Oppose any and all gun control!”
Tell him to not give an inch.
