They wasted no time.

Yesterday morning I was at the capitol in Madison watching the inauguration speeches as Tony Evers was sworn in as the next Governor of Wisconsin and Josh Kaul was sworn in as the new Attorney General.

And, the news is not good at all.

Not a moment was wasted by radical anti-gun Attorney General Josh Kaul who, during his inauguration speech, brazenly DEMANDED passage of the entire laundry list of Bloomberg’s gun control bills.

The entire capitol full of legislators cheered and clapped as he made his demands.

First on his list is a “Red Flag Gun Seizure” bill!

Under this scheme, government agents could bust into your home to seize your guns with ZERO due process just because someone complains about you.

All it takes is someone to file a bogus complaint against you. Maybe it’s your liberal neighbor who doesn’t like the pro-gun bumper sticker on your vehicle. Or maybe it’s an anti-gun college professor who simply hates gun owners.

Or maybe it’s a soon to be ex, looking to ruin you.

Once your guns are seized, you’ll be spending weeks in court and thousands of dollars in attorney’s fees to try and get them back — if you ever do.

The bill has already been drafted, and BILLIONAIRE anti-gun activist Michael Bloomberg already has his lobbyists working to collect enough votes from BOTH sides of the aisle to RAM this scheme into law.

The next piece of radical gun control that AG Josh Kaul demanded was a statewide gun registry in the form of so-called “Universal Background Checks”.

Touting skewed polls from Leftist pollsters stating that 90% of the American people support these schemes, gun-grabbers like Josh Kaul believe it’s just a matter of time until they get the votes they need to RAM this scheme into law.

But what they never admit is that this is nothing more than code for STATEWIDE GUN REGISTRATION!  The only way such a scheme could be enforced is for the government to keep track of every gun and gun owner in the state!

And as you know, registration is just the first step toward outright CONFISCATION!

The real bad news is that Speaker Robin Vos has already publicly announced his intention to pass this bill through the Assembly!

The final piece of radical gun control that AG Josh Kaul demanded was so-called “Mental Health” legislation.

No one wants to run into a madman with a gun.  But what gun-grabbers never admit is laws are already on the books preventing those who are adjudicated as a danger from owning or buying weapons.

What gun-grabbers really want is to give government bureaucrats the ability to strip law-abiding Second Amendment supporters of their Second Amendment rights just because they don’t like your race, religion or politics!

Sadly, even this will do nothing to solve the problem of madmen going on shooting rampages.  The only way to do that is to finally ELIMINATE so-called “gun free zones!”

Is this the future you want for Wisconsin?
