A normal President — confronted with the blowout election results out of Virginia just two weeks ago — would realize that the American people are furious and would try to change course.
After all, if what happened to rabid leftist gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe is any indication, the American people seem poised to deliver some payback to ‘China Joe’ next November!
But Joe Biden isn’t normal. He’s a starry-eyed radical Marxist who wants to destroy this great country while Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer still have control of the United States Congress.
And in his press statements since the Virginia elections, Biden has made it clear that he’s going ‘all in’ to try to pass as much of his freedom-shredding agenda as possible in 2022.
And crushing our gun rights is at the top of his list!
Gun owners have been holding the line for the last year, but in the wake of the Virginia elections, the pressure is going to be intense next year.

The pressure is being ratcheted up on the American people in ways that we couldn’t have even imagined just two years ago.
Whether it’s ‘woke’ school boards teaching our children to hate our Founding Fathers, corporations forcing people to accept medical decisions against their own doctor’s advice or be fired, or Joe Biden’s plan to ‘get Governors out of the way’ for daring to secure their own borders — the whole country is a tinderbox!
The media (run by cultural Marxists who hate this great country) continues to do everything they can to fan the flames of division, knowing that it’s far easier for Joe Biden to turn America into a Communist nation if ‘We the People’ are divided.
And with Trump out of the White House, instead of fighting for gun owners, backstabbing Republican RINOs in Congress are sponsoring ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation while others are publicly supporting Biden’s National Gun Registry (H.R. 8!)
At every level and in every way, the freedoms of the American people are being attacked like never before. And make no mistake, every bit of this is on purpose.
The good news is that gun owners have banded together and fought like hell against every single piece of Joe Biden’s gun control agenda, and we’ve stalled everything (including David Chipman’s nomination to run the ATF) in the Senate so far.
But that doesn’t mean these threats have gone away.
On the contrary, our sources on Capitol Hill indicate that Senate Republicans are closer than ever to conceding on some aspect of Joe Biden’s gun control agenda, trying to look ‘reasonable’ before the 2022 elections.
It wouldn’t be a surprise. A small number of RINOs already sided with Chuck Schumer in early August, voting ‘Yes’ on Biden’s disastrous $4.5 TRILLION DOLLAR ‘infrastructure bill!’
Just two weeks ago, it happened again when 11 turncoat Republicans gave in to Biden’s demands and voted to raise the debt ceiling in a treacherous backroom deal with Biden.
If gun owners don’t continue to keep our feet on the necks of Senate Republicans, there is no doubt they will betray us and our precious Second Amendment freedoms if the pressure mounts!
And, God forbid, if there is a large-scale mass shooting any time in 2022, then all bets are off, and we could easily see WIDESPREAD defections from 10 to 12 left-leaning Republicans.
If that happens, we are very likely to see quick votes on:
>>> S. 1819/H.R. 3480, the monster ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ bill that already has well over 100 cosponsors in Congress.
This bill would bribe state legislatures across the country to pass ‘Red Flag’ laws, allowing liberal judges to order the confiscation of your guns through secret court hearings and before you’ve been charged or convicted of anything!
>>> S. 736/H.R. 1808, Biden’s ‘assault weapons’ ban that would put Americans in prison for buying an AR-15 or 30-rd mag.
Right now, an astounding 240 members of Congress are publicly supporting this bill. Passing this legislation has nothing to do with stopping crime; its sole purpose is to disarm and subjugate the American people!

for this in the House, even though it creates a national gun registry and gives the Department of Injustice a list of every gun owner in the country!
If any one of these bills passes into law, it would be a disaster. If more than one passes, and the American people become largely disarmed, then our nation will turn from a bastion of freedom to a tyrannical hellhole, fast!
That’s why the Wisconsin Firearms Coalition will continue to FLOOD Congress (especially Senators Baldwin and Johnson) with calls, emails, and petitions against every single piece of Biden’s agenda in 2022.
But we simply can’t put all of our eggs in one basket.
So while we continue to fight against Biden’s agenda in D.C., the Wisconsin Firearms Coalition will also be leading the fight to pass a REAL Second Amendment Preservation Act bill in Madison in 2022 – unlike the weak bill that we saw this year!
You see, the General Assembly moved a watered-down version of the flawed ‘Firearms Freedom Act’ with some weak ‘Second Amendment Sanctuary’ language sprinkled in that was very poorly written, would have been struck down in court, and went nowhere. That bill was NOT SAPA.
Our ROCK SOLID Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA for short) concept is spreading like wildfire across the country now that our sister organization passed it in Missouri this year and the courts upheld it, in spite of the DOJ’s attempt to overturn it!
SAPA law requires Wisconsin cops to enforce Wisconsin laws when it comes to firearms, ammunition, and accessories. In other words, Wisconsin cops would be forbidden to enforce Joe Biden’s federal laws, treaties, or Executive Orders that deal with our Second Amendment.
And the truth that the federal government never wants to own up to is that they depend — almost entirely — on state and local agencies to enforce federal laws and regulations.
So if Wisconsin asserts its sovereignty and tells Biden that we are done enforcing his federal tyranny, even if he passes a ban on AR-15’s or a national gun registry in D.C., they will go unenforced here in Wisconsin just like in Missouri!
And while the Left foams at the mouth in opposition to SAPA, never forget that this is exactly what they did when President Trump tried to deport violent illegal aliens out of our country. They refused to comply. Now it’s our turn.
What’s more, the Supreme Court has always upheld the states’ right to refuse to enforce federal laws they disagree with. That’s why we have state legislatures in the first place.
The Missouri ruling was just the latest affirmation of this.
But before Wisconsinites can be protected by SAPA law, the legislature needs to do their job and pass the bill. It’s going to be an uphill battle, but a good defense of our Second Amendment is a strong offence and WIFC will fight like hell to pass SAPA in 2022 and STOP Biden!
But again, it’s not going to be an easy fight.
Because while we fight to advance a real SAPA bill for a vote in 2022, we’ll also be fighting to STOP Evers’ gun control agenda and expose weak, anti-gun politicians at the same time.
The truth is, we have no time to lose, not with the legislative back underway, Joe Biden in the White House and his Executive Orders just weeks away from taking effect. We’ve got to push — and push HARD.
That means direct mail. That means targeted social media. And that means cranking up our notorious email program until every gun owner in Wisconsin is contacting their legislators!
